If you have plan to renovation your apartment or house call Melani Constracting and you are going to be so happy. Mike and his time are professional, efficient, trust-worthy, and amazing! He is always available and is like a family member. I have been using Mike in a co-op building for over 20 years, and I have never gotten a complaint on any of his work. The team at Melani has done a truly wonderful job for me replacing water-damaged walls & ceiling, taking out significant portions drywall/sheetrock and expertly replacing it, painting (including matching paint), and making it truly look like nothing ever happened. What more can you ask for? I can attest to this not once but twice (had 2 incidents unfortunately), in fact they do much work throughout our entire building. They also set up to put paper and plastic coverings and then likewise cleaned everything up extremely well so there is no trace they were there. Great team, would use again, no question.

Mike and his team did a very professional job in a timely manner. We used him when we had an emergency flood and then another time to do a complete renovation of my mother’s apartment. His pricing was very fair and the results were beautiful. The workers were very nice and easy to deal with.

I am alway Ecstatic with the end results .the level of expertise and attention to detail, I couldn’t be happier I have used them for a bathroom renovation A kitchen renovation Perfection ! They made our dream kitchen come true We just had a little touchup for spring Freshly painted bedroom And breakfast nook Left the house immaculate , I would recommend them for any renovation it’s always a pleasant experience

Mike and his team showed up first thing in the morning and got straight to work. They repaired the leak under my kitchen sink, replacing whatever was needed. They were efficient and tidy. The service was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Mike oversaw a repair to a small section of a wall in our apartment after some internal water damage from a faulty pipe. He and his company did a great job. They were fast, friendly and professional, and their work was impeccable -- you would never know the wall section had been opened. I highly recommend them.
